The exam portal has significantly reduced costs for the school by minimizing the need for scribes and physical venue space. We currently have two computer labs in use—one dedicated to Grade 12 students and another serving Grades 8 to 11—all utilizing the software. Students are steadily gaining confidence in using the platform, and many are now able to complete their exams independently. The support provided has been exceptional. Whenever I reach out to the support team, they respond promptly—often resolving issues on the same day. On one occasion, they even arranged a Microsoft Teams meeting to walk me through the steps and clarify what I was doing incorrectly. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the software and the level of support we’ve received.
