Our first experience with Exam Portal was extremely positive. As an LSEN school with around 100 students—around 80% of whom require concessions—we found it to be both accessible and affordable. We introduced the platform for our June examinations, and our students completed many hours of practice with full support from the Exam Portal team throughout the process. We used both the cloud-based and Windows versions of the system and found them user-friendly and reliable. What stood out most was the responsiveness of the support team. They welcomed our feedback and engaged meaningfully with our many suggestions, most of which were implemented. Where changes weren’t possible immediately, clear explanations were provided. I highly recommend Exam Portal as a valuable tool for supporting students with concessions, backed by a team committed to continual improvement.
